We do offer summer services: down 2 ground offers full-service lawn care, trimming, mulching, tree trimming, overseeding, aeration and Spring and Fall Cleanup Services.

Feel free to keep your vehicle(s) in your driveway, but we kindly ask that you park them as close to your house as you can. This helps us maximize the space our equipment can clear. Rest assured, we always maintain a gap between our equipment and your vehicle(s) to prevent any damage during our servicing. We also offer car clean off for a $15 up charge so you can come out to a cleared off car.

Our official snow blowing season starts November 1st and ends April 15th.

While we do serve customers with gravel driveways, it’s important to note that we require a substantial snowfall to adequately pack down the gravel before servicing your driveway. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that some gravel won’t be displaced onto your lawn during this process. Rest assured if any gravel ends up on your front lawns we will provide a complimentary clean up at the end of the season!

Our driveway markers start going up in mid-October and are removed after April 15th. Please do not throw the markers away, as they can be reused. If you would like to remove them yourself before April, kindly place them beside your house or garage and notify the office by emailing us at info@d2gpm.com with your service address in the message so we can collect them as soon as possible. If markers are not returned there is a $100 fee added to replace the missing markers.

Based on the snowfall volume and the accumulation from the previous day, our standard practice typically does not involve providing service on the following day unless you would like additional services.

To safely service your property, our operators are trained to clear within 6”-12” of driveway markers and 12”-16” of parked vehicles and/or buildings, including garage doors and building overhangs.

Clients under contract will receive servicing at our 2" trigger. We also provide pre-salting when accumulation is expected. If there is a significant storm approaching, we will inform you of our service plans by sending you an email so that you know what to expect. We receive updates throughout a prolonged storm through our 3rd party meteorologist company which helps us help you.
